This Accounting Services Agreement is entered into by and between the following parties:

1. Scope of Services
Provider agrees to perform the accounting and financial services selected by the Client at the time of purchase. Such description includes the applicable scope, pricing, and service category, including Foundation, Growth, Scale & Exit, or REP programs.
2. Term
This Agreement will commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either
party with thirty (30)
days' written notice.
3. Fees and Payment

Client shall pay the fees set forth in the applicable Package.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential
information exchanged during
the term of this Agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Provider's total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the
total amount paid by the
Client for Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Independent Contractor
Provider is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of the Client.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing thirty (30) days' written notice.
Client will pay for all
work performed up to the effective date of termination.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement and its Appendices constitute the entire understanding between the parties
and supersede any prior
agreements or understandings.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State
of Florida.

I authorize SwiftBooks to charge my credit card for the monthly services as per the
selected package.
I will provide my company information for invoicing. SwiftBooks will send invoices
to the company address.
