This program is designed to help you fully maximize the benefits of your real estate ventures by qualifying as a Real Estate Professional under IRS guidelines. It may sound simple, but achieving this status requires strategy, consistency, and commitment. That’s why we’ve built a program where we take on 80% of the responsibility—while you focus on doing what you do best.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify as a Real Estate Professional, you must meet two IRS-mandated tests:

  • 750-HourRule: You must dedicate at least 750 hours per calendar year to real estate activities.
  • Material Participation Rule: You must spend more time on real estate activities than on any other business or occupation.
